Parameters added to packages in PCB (created without schematic) do not all appear in BoM.

**BUG** Concise problem statement: Adding extra parameters to symbols in the schematic which then appear in the BoM works OK but it does not when you do the same thing to the PCB. Steps to reproduce bug: The problem is demonstrated in: https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/BoM_directly_from_PCB-c57c9a4ba5284343b6e8029b68993115 Results: Some added parameters appear in the BoM, others do not. Expected results: Adding extra parameters to packages in the PCB should then appear in the BoM in the same way it does when you add extra parameters to symbols in a schematic. Browser:

Any news on this, as I still see this problem in v 6.3.43 now 2 years later, and its a problem for me.

@maximumiq If your project has schematic, BOM will export from schematic, if only has PCB, it comes from PCB

Thanks but, My concern is really regarding parameters coming from library elements. If I add a new symbol to a schematic library and add parameters to that symbol, i can get any added parameters in the BOM. But the exact same operation does not account for the PCB Library parameters, why is that.
