I am looking at submitting a design for assembly. I can find most of the components in the JLCPCB stock list but some are either missing or out of stock. Can I submit a design and have it assembled omitting the parts that are unavailable so I can add the missing parts manually??

Generate you BOM  in the usual way but then before you submit the board for JLCPCB Assembly, select the parts for non-assembly and mark them in the right hand panel as: **Add to BOM = No.**
