Even JCLPCB doesn't define exactly, all in one place, the penalization rules and costs !

Can someone clarify me (and many other users) on this subject, once and for all :

If I want the panel bellow, with the following considerations :

• All 10 boards are the same, with rectangular shape
• Rail edges are 5mm and there is no space between each board
• Panelize by JCLPCB = NO, because Panelization drawing is all done and

>  They will not need to do any intervention on duplicating or draw anything
>  I want to receive the panel as a whole, with V-cuts applied but boards not separated by them

Will it still be eligible for the 2$ price for 5 panels ?
