I can't edit something in PCB&PCBlib below:

1. ANY properties of perfix
2. radius of circle

How to generate
For perfix

1. Create or open ANY PCB.
2. If you create a new PCB,Place ANY footprint. If you open a PCB from project,Try to edit ANY properties of perfix. If PCB is empty or don't have any footprint,Place ANY footprint.
3. Try to edit ANY properties of perfix.
4. Nothing is changed.

For circle

1. Create or open a new PCB. (Or create a new PCBlib.)
2. If PCB is empty or don't have a circle,Create a new circle. If PCB have a circle,Try to edit radius of circle.
3. Try to edit radius of circle.
4. Radius isn't changed.
