Hi, Photo viewer is just for a quickly explore of your design, just like the gerber viewer, help you to find some mistakes. But when we fabricate the PCB, all of the silks will be removed when they are on pads.

Hi Gerd, The silkscreen outline is supposed to give a visual indication of the keep-out area of a component. In other words how closely one package can be placed to another. Are the pcb footprints from the libraries or did you build them yourself? Having the silkscreen removed from any areas where it covers pads as part of the PCB manufacturing process is a good safety net but it is generally not good practice to have footprints with silkscreen drawn over the pads anyway. If you made this footprint yourself, please edit them to move the silkscreen away from the pads. If this footprint comes from the libraries then it should be edited or removed. It is possible that if poorly built footprints with silkscreen drawn over the pads are used then the process of removing the silkscreen from the pads may break up the outline information and things like pin 1 markers so much that the silk screen is no longer of much use to identify parts and their orientation. :)

Just check your public project, Why you use such a Footprint/package, the red is top layer, so it is hard to router. Maybe you need to use a silk layer. right? ![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20160707/577e0c4f94529.png
