Something seems to have gone wrong with the Footprint Manager. The PMLL4148L part in the System Library is wrong (they are reversed and an error report has been submitted) but when investigating, the following issue has been found. The opening view is not very helpful but you can rotate the part in the Footprint manager from how it opens as:  to:  The Symbol pin names in the image do not match the pin names in the Component Pin Information table. Update the symbol pin **numbers** so that now the pin numbers in the Component Pin Information table are correctly mapped onto the pad numbers and the cathode identification bar so that pad 1 = A and pad 2 = K. But the pin **names** in the image of the symbol in the Footprint Manager window are still wrong:
