So back in the day I used to use a program called Ivex. The PCB editor had an option to import a place file and automatically place the corresponding parts on the board. (the opposite of exporting the place file). Has anyone writtten a script for this? if now is there a way to open and read files with the API to open the previously exported place file? Thanks
