Como dice UserSupport, EasyEDA no tiene una capa "plana" dedicada.
De hecho, no necesita uno porque no hay nada especial sobre una capa de plano de tierra (o de potencia) en EasyEDA: todo lo que se necesita es crear un área de cobre en la capa que necesita y asignar el área de cobre al "GND u otro red a la que desea que esté conectado.
Puede hacer esto en cualquier capa y sobre la cantidad de capa que desee.

As UserSupport says, EasyEDA does not have a dedicated "plane" layer".
In fact it does not need one because there is nothing special about a ground (or power) plane layer in EasyEDA: all that is needed is to create a Copper Area on the layer you require and assign the Copper Area to the "GND or other net that you want it to be connected to.
You can do this on any layer and over as much or as little of the layer as you want.

El área de cobre debe (1) tener asignado un nombre de red que exista en el PCB y (2) tener al menos una conexión a un pad, vía o pista asignada a la misma red.
