I tend to have a lot of tabs open at a time, as a play around with different projects and different PCBs in each project.  I want to be careful not to use work, but currently it's tedious to go to each tab to save them individually.  I've also noticed that sometimes the save button is disabled, i.e. saving a tab may disable it, then going to another tab which isn't save may leave it disabled. I'd feel more confident if there was a menu option that would save all open tabs.
