**Feature Request** Brief title for your desired feature: At present, when opening a schematic etc., the right hand properties panel is hidden. It may be easier for new users to get the idea of this panel if it is open as they start any work. How would you like the feature to work? The default state of the right hand properties panel should be visible not hidden. Why is this feature important to you? If new canvasses open with this panel hidden they may not find it at all and get frustrated.
