Power Plane

Can someone explain how to make a power plane, like the ground plane, and tie all power(+) parts of components to that plane? I would like to make a kind of power (+) bus for components to connect to regardless of through hole or amt. Thanks

Draw it using the Copper Area tool in the Wiring Tools pallette  and set the Net attribute to the desired supply net name. Also read about the Copper Area Manager in the Tutorial.
