Can someone explain how to make a power plane, like the ground plane, and tie all power(+) parts of components to that plane?
I would like to make a kind of power (+) bus for components to connect to regardless of through hole or amt.

Easy to use and quick to get started. 
Draw it using the Copper Area tool in the Wiring Tools pallette and set the Net attribute to the desired supply net name.
