Power supply for multiple gates

I have a schematic with 16 different logic gates (7400-7402 and so on). I defined for all the IC the VDD and GND but when I convert to PCB only some of the IC's are connected to VDD. All are connected to GND but only some are connected to VDD...? Anybody who can help...?

There are too many ways that this might happen. I think you're going to have to make a public project that demonstrates this issue.
