**BUG** Concise problem statement: Saving a WaveForm plot under a target project creates a new Project with the name of the saved plot but (i) the plot is not saved as a file under the target project and (ii) the new Project created when saving the WaveForm plot does not contain a plot. Saved plots cannot then be found. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Run a sim then do: >Document > Save to save the WaveForm plot; 2. Name the plot file; 3.
