**BUG**
Concise problem statement: I was trying to create a Version 2 schematic while generating a new PCB it keeps having the prefix error "(Project, Project) have the same NO "
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Initially there is one schematic and PCB under one project folder.
2. Modified the schematic and created a new PCB layout.
Results: Cannot update the new PCB layout due to the prefix error. I have no part named as "NO" and I have checked no two parts have the same prefix.
Expected results:
