As you have not made your project public I'm guessing that you have gone straight to creating a PCB directly in the PCB Editor and have used single (Top and or Bottom) layer pads instead of multilayer pads. If you'd like to post the url to a public copy of your project then people here on the forum may be able to give you more targeted help.

"Permission denied" when trying to open the link. You need to set rights/permissions correctly.

Thank you for your response Markus_ee. The problem is that when I try to open DRILL files with Flatcam like Excellon it's like the individual holes have an exaggerated diameter. Also a strange thing that in my opinion should not appear is the one in the image I attach: the indicated number of holes is only 4, which are the ones I manually traced at the edges of the circuit as references. I would have expected a much higher number of holes, a number equal to those of the circuit. Moreover, when I open the file with Flatcam the holes, as written before, appear all (even if of exaggerated diameter) except those 4 that I have positioned at the edges.

Thanks for the link andyfierman but the type of error I get on Flatcam is the one visible in the picture. The holes are in the right position but have an exaggerated diameter. I don't think it's a mm - inch unit issue. 

Just check to see see if they are 25.4 times too big... :)

I used gerbv.exe to view the file and exported excellon file again and worked
