Well, maybe they will fix that in some update, but I don't think it matters that much. I have been using nets to name connections and move the whole group of connection if I need so. Makes the schematic more readable too, because you don't have to follow a wire in a nest of wires. This is what I've been doing to my schematics:  I also put a label next to the block so anyone can see what the block of components are supposed to do, then place the blocks spaced out neatly and draw a box around them to enclose the group. If you have a big project, that helps out a lot and make separate sheets for power supply, the mcu, leds,etc.  Hope this helps you in some way!
