Anything you want to be connected together has to be on the same net and therefore needs to have the same netname given to it.

It looks like there is something wrong with the Footprint assigned to Q1. You need to give more information about Q1 but your project is private so only you can see it. I mean you can place a connector at schematic as jumper

@dmytrotitkov, To make a wire jumper, as UserSupport says, you can place a 2 pin through hole connector - or any other 2 pin component such as a resistor - with the attributes set as: Convert to PCB  = Yes Add to BOM  = No And then fit a wire link in place of the connector. But why do you need to use a jumper? The default PCB in EasyEDA is 2 layers so you just insert a via to swap from top to bottom layer and another to swap back again.
