Project home page 404 ERROR for private projects

Private projects shows 404 error on project home page. BOM (bill off materials) is no longer available. Where can I get it if not from project home page? Please help. Thanks.

Hi We changed the rule for the private project, only public project can visit the public homepage, even you are the owner. copy to Andy @andyfierman
