That's the problem: in Firefox, the Toggle bar auto-shows when the mouse in nearby but in Chrome it does not. :) "What you will want for the panel after simulation?" I prefer the panel to stay open. Very often I run a sim, look at the results then change a value in the Properties panel and run the sim again. Thanks.

Chrome Version 41.0.2272.76 (64-bit) works as expect in my WIN7

Hmmmm. I'm using Version 41.0.2272.76 m (32bit?) on W7. I'll check which version of Chrome I am using on Kubuntu (64 bit). Both show the same problem. I will see what happens when they get updated next time ....
