Well ratlines show what you need to connect based on your schematic, maybe you have missed something. Can you show pictures or share the project? Without that there is really no other help other than the tutorial.
If the project you are making is confidential, feel free to replicate the problem on a test circuit and post it here.
If there is, let's say, a GND island not connected to other islands, try to stitch them together with vias.
Show the DRC errors if there are any. They always say what is the problem if you read it.
