I have created a component, a fuse that has the four pins on the footprint and 2 on the scematic. I connect one schematic pin to two pins on the footprint. It works... randomly. For some fuses the program wants to change (the net a think) F1_2 to F1.2 occationally and sometimes the software misses to connect one of the pins. Sometimes when I update the schematic pins get connected in a way (on the pcb) that is not consistent with the schematic. What is going on? Bug? Is it now allowed to have two pins on the footprint connected to the same pin? If so, why can I create such components?
To add to the confusion, I use several fuses on my schematic... usually one or a few of these are causing the issues, not all.
