I have done a copper pour and then there was a few unconnected nodes, in Eagle you just hit the Rat`s nest button and you can see eveything you have just done. How to update the new nodes?
Do you want to update the copper area? That would be Shift+B or select the copper area and in its properties press the rebuild copper area button. Some screenshots would help us help you.
