Should one, at any point, try to go back before paying, (to check/verify how many PCB's or SMT assemblies were selected, then BANG - the cart is empty, and you need to start over again !) Check my logs, I did it at least three times. So I am not sure I got the right parts, and this way every test batch could be inconsistent with the previous batch. (as different parts may be selected)

The primary issue seems to be that you're selecting LCSC parts instead of JLCPCB Assembly parts. Not all parts from the LCSC stock are available for assembly, so you'd need to choose from the available parts for assembly. [Those can be found here](https://jlcpcb.com/client/index.html#/parts). For example position 12 (10k 0603 1%) in your schematic/bom is a Tyohm RMC060310k1%N, which is not available for assembly. Instead you could select the "Uniroyal Elec 0603WAF1002T5E" (also 0603 10k 1%). If you do that from within EasyEDA the BOM will also reflect the correct part.

1, you need to use JLCPCB assembly part. ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/ncgIUGBgPVJ1uRTatQQMbw2tqS7B71xpiDT8duWl.png) 2, export as 0603' is correct, that is for avoid when open the BOM at the xlsx application, the 0603 will show as 603 issue, it doesn't impact the PCB manufacturer and Parts store process

ok, so it is mainly my fault. thank you. This information could be somehow clearer. Please note: Even if I need to reselect a component, the offered choices should be the same package. So, JLCPCB can assemble 2 or 5 PCB's, what happens when I wish for a small production? - is there a way of ordering 10 or 50 too? (just to keep same vendor/parts, and get exactly what was tested)

@zhongwangwang007 Is the multi-board layout option possible to combine with V-groves or other means for easy separation so I could easily break them apart?

@dreAn personlly, i don't think so. you need manual do the multi-board. because when exract bom and pick and place file, all the compoents should be included.

I am having a hard time finding the "JLCPCB assembly" parts I need, there is no intuitive way to search for a "package size+ value + basic" - if you wish to find 10k 0603, it cannot be found in a simple way ?
