It is difficult to see what is going on from your pictures. They do not show enough of the the pcb. When you click on a net then press the H key (or click on the net in the Design Manager) everything on that net lights up but that does not mean that they are connected by copper. Are you sure all the things you think are connected actually are? Check the nets in the Design Manager. If there is a cross by a net, it means that the copper connections to it are incomplete.
