Ratlines are non existant since the latest update, when using a pad from the PCB TOOLS window. Pads from the PCB TOOLS window are also ignored when it comes to unrouted nets. Pads from a PCB library still work correctly in this regard.
Is no-one else experiencing this issue?
Open a new PCB, use the PCB tools window to place to pads. Assign them both to the same net. No ratline is drawn, design manager doesn't show an unconnected net and furthermore the connect pad to pad tool does not work - you cannot select either pad let alone draw out a connection.
