I have just tried opening PCBv1.00 in:
<https://easyeda.com/project_view_Just-learning_ekQ82kCTN.htm>
and could not see any ratlines.
Have you solved the problem or could this be an issue with different browsers rendering in different ways?
BTW, I noticed you had done the copper floods using many overlapping drawn areas. You can do that much faster by using:
<https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/PCBDesignEditor.html#h.gamwefd9p0g>
to draw an overall copper area and then you can make cutouts in the copper like this:
<https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/ThelatestupgradeofEasyEDA.html#h.ubs94xpocqt1>
You can use this method to make slots in the PCB itself too:

In your other PCB,

You may make two small mistake in this PCB
1. You would better use Copper area to build a Gnd copper. Not Solid Regin. Check andy's comment above.
2. you would better add a track to connect the via, or the pad can't connect the bottom area.
this is my demo, check it out <https://easyeda.com/editor#id=S3XfxrJ1j>
