ReAnnotation Moves Existing Components in PCB

**BUG** Concise problem statement:Updating PCB after re-annotating schematic moves the existing components. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Create schematic and generate PCB. Move components in PCB to desired locations. 2. You may have to manually change some annotation in schematic so it changes on re-annotate. Save and update PCB. Check to see if components are in same location. If not, move them (this would be the same bug BTW). 3. Re-annotate schematic and update PCB. Results: Components whose annotation changed have moved. Expected results: Components should not change position in PCB on update just because their annotation has changed. Browser: Vivaldi

The original post for this was a year ago. The bug has probably been fixed many versions ago.
