Rectangle hole, placed in a rectangle top layer pad

Any suggestions of how I can place a rectangle hole through a top layer rectangle shaped pad on the PCB? I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I can do this with a multilayer pad, but I need the hole edges not rounded. ![rect1-pix.jpg](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/clUlacojiO4hVkJRWbbWBX1F8RFdHnetwuqxADRt.jpeg) Ideally I would like the pad to be a top layer pad. Multilayer could be used as a second choice. The main issue is the rounded edges of the hole. Thanks!

Do you need it plated through ?  If not use the Solid Region tool to draw the area of the cutout and set it to NPTH
