Rectangular Through Hole?

How do I create rectangular plated through's required for mounting this part? [http://www.cui.com/product/resource/pj-102a.pdf][1] The recommended PCB layout is on page 2. I've tried creating a new pad using a rectangular shape but I cant change from a circular hole to a rectangular hole. [1]: http://www.cui.com/product/resource/pj-102a.pdf

1 . In this case, you need to use https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/PCB.htm#SolidRegioninPCB , change the solidregion's type to NPTH . ![](//) So, you can create any kind of hole, not only rectangular. 2. You can place lots of round holes together, all holes together will be look like a rectangular hole. and this is an example https://easyeda.com/usekgb/component/2_1mm_Power_Jack_new-tzL7tr0Yk If you have any questions, please let me know. @dillon Thanks for the reply. Does this mean it will be non-plated? In other words, it wont have an electrical connection to the rest of the board?

Hi, I have provided two solutions.The solidregion has no electrical connection, but the place many round pads together just pads, so there will be electrical

That should be OK.
