Firstly, I have not created a schematic as the design simply didn't call for it, only 2 components. I want to run a trace from a WS2812b Data in and data out, LED to a pad. The only way I could get my design to work was to  draw 2 circles of track and convert them to GND and VCC. Now I find myself unable to add additional pads as islands and draw tracks to those pads for the Data. Each time I add pads the become part of the surrounding track. I would also need to use through holes to place the pads under the PCB as not to interfere with the LED's. I need to remove some of the copper around the pad and add a track that isnt part of the ground and VCC circular tracks please.
