Renumber Components
1366 3
docflash 6 years ago
Hi, While constructing my circuit I have deleted some components, and I would like the numbers of the components to be continuous, e.g., R1,R2,R3, etc. Searching the forum it looks like using Annotate is the answer; however, I can't find that menu item. It is supposed to be "Super Menu > Miscellaneous > Annotate...", but I don't see Annotate in the Miscellaneous menu. Thanks, Jeff

Why not just rename it using the right panel, like this: https://i.imgur.com/k8v38U8.png Is this what you were looking for ?

Annotate is a Schematic function. Re-annotate the schematic then do **Update PCB...** to apply the changes to the PCB. However, please note this bug report: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Annotate_doesnt_work_across_multiple_schematics-SUOI0hb5P
