I am working on a project that contains many duplicate footprints, the prefixes have for some reason not cooperated and I am wondering if it is possible to reset all prefixes so that they will appear organised and in chronlogical order.
Have you tried resetting the prefixes in the schematic, then re-annotating the schematic and then doing Update PCB?
