BUG
Concise problem statement:
Resize/hide bar in parts browser/left hand panel is missing after saving newly created symbol in New > Schematic lib
Steps to reproduce bug:
- New > Schematic lib
- Create new symbol (edit existing symbol?)
- Save
- Browse "My Parts" in parts browser
- Cannot resize Parts browser panel because no blue arc appears to click on.
Results:
Parts browser panel stuck at default width
Expected results:
Normally can alter width or hide panel using blue arc.

Easy to use and quick to get started. 
I thought the blue arc had disappeared just after drawing a symbol but in fact the resize/hide blue arc is missing all the time from the left hand panel.
It is only the left hand panel arc that has gone; the top and right hand arcs are OK.
It seems to only be missing in Chromium (running on Kubuntu 12.04 LTS) it is OK with Chrome and Firefox on the same OS (but see bug report on mouse sticking to canvas in Firefox).
