Right hand properties panel auto hides after running any simulation that opens a WaveForm window.

**BUG** Concise problem statement: If the right hand properties panel is visible when any simulation that opens a WaveForm window (i.e. Transient, AC Analysis, DC Sweep) is run, then the when the user goes back to the schematic canvas, the Properties panel has auto hidden. This quickly gets annoying, for example, if the user wants to switch between different spice directives to run different models or different simulations using: Properties > Text Attributes > Text Type => comment/spice Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Open the right hand properties panel; 2. Ctrl+R 3. Click back on the "Two ways to define an ideal transmission line" schematic tab. Results: Schematic has the right hand properties panel visible. Then the sim is run and opens the WaveForm window. Going back to the schematic canvas, the right hand properties panel is now hidden and has to be reopened to change the spice directive Text Type. Expected results: The the right hand properties panel should stay in the state that it was before the simulation was run (as it does if a sim is run that does not cause a WaveForm window to open). Hi, The is a feature of EE, maybe not good. We hide it Intentional. because we try to avoid the users to modify the canvas attributes, we hope them to modify it via toolbar.
