**BUG** Concise problem statement: Steps to reproduce bug: 1. When I use the right mouse button to scroll around the design area, sometimes it draws a green outline, which I'm not sure what it does. Sometimes it will drag the display so I can recenter my piece (what I expect). When it does drag the display, often times it won't stop dragging the display unless I hole CTRL and right click again, while moving. 2. 3. Results: Expected results: Browser: Firefox and Chrome, both the latest version.

I'm not sure what mode you have got into where a right-click-and-drag creates a green rectangle but you can exit any mode by right-clicking - or pressing **Esc** - twice. For more, please see: >https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/introduction.htm#BasicDrivingSkills. * On the issue of getting stuck in right-click-and-hold dragging the canvas: What happens is that if you are in the right-click-and-hold dragging the canvas mode and you move the cursor outside the canvas area and then let go of the right click then when you move the cursor back into the canvas area, it will continue to drag the canvas. To escape from this, you have to do another right click. I have raised a bug report about this: >https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Cursor_gets_stuck_in_right_click_and_hold_dragging_the_canvas_-rpjdvM4mg :)
