When rotating a component, the component's prefix/reference is not rotated as expected.
Steps:
1\. Place a component and move and rotate the prefix/reference\.
2\. Now select the component and rotate it
3\. The silkscreen text is now rotated and offset to an incorrect position and orientation than expected\.
