Rotate mis-behavior

When rotate component, it rotate only its element not the whole component. Both of SPACE BAR And from menu, beahve the same.

What browser are you using (Chrome or Firefox)? Does this happen if you use a different browser?

Yes, I have tried 3 different ones and it is happening to me also. It is useless like this.

I confirm, It's a mess. Firefox and Edge as browser same odd behavior.

Sorry but I cannot reproduce this behaviour in any of the latest versions of: > Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit)) > Chromium (Version 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 18.3 (64-bit)) > or > Firefox (58.0.2 (64-bit) for Linux Mint mint-1.0)

Hi issue confirmed at Firefox 59.0.1, please using Chrome first. we will fix this at next release
