I am a new user so apologies if this is wasting your time. In PCB design I have an SMD resistor or cap on a PCB with tracks attached at each end. When I rotate the component the tracks remain fixed, i.e. they are no longer connected to the component. If I rotate 360 degrees they seem to become connected again. 1) is it normal for the traces to remain fixed when the component is rotated? 2) is there a way to keep the tracks connected when rotating? 3) After 360 degrees are the tracks truley connected again?
Thanks
