**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
There is no validation input for Rotation property (PCB design).
Sometimes it just behaves weird or even hangs, and there is only one way to solve - close window and loose all unsaved work.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Clink on any item on the PCB window
2. Change Rotation to something, like: 11a, aa, 0a
Results:
Object rotates wrong or app hands.
Expected results:
Validation message / discard non numeric characters
