Ruler reference changed on my custom PCB Lib parts

**BUG** Concise problem statement: The ruler reference has changed for all of my custom PCB Lib parts. The parts are no longer centered around 0,0 for some reason. I have re-booted, and reloaded my computer. Using Safari on MacBook Pro. When I make a new part, the grid is centered on 0,0. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. 2. 3. Results: Expected results: Browser:

I just noticed that all of my existing PCB designs have this problem as well. Very frustrating.
