**BUG**
Concise problem statement: Api call setOriginXY always moves the origin to the same place. It doesn't matter what values are given to the function.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Make a PCB
2. Put a pin to 0,0
3. Choose Miscellaneous / Run Script Code...
4. Add this script: var result = api('setOriginXY', {x:0,y:0});
Results:
The pin has moved to 40000mil,30000mil
Expected results:
The pin should stay at 0,0
