SOIC-16 Package Dimensions are Wrong

I don't know if this should belong to bug reports category, but whenever I place an IC I have to check for available packages other than SOIC-16, the dimensions aren't right. SOIC-16 has two size. Maybe you need SOIC16

Some sites refer to `SOIC-16` when they mean `SO16` so you need to check carefully.
