**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
Editing certain footprints produces an SVG parse error.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. From the Library Menu, click "More Libraries"
2. Type "TSSOP-20" in the Search field
3. The third result is a TSSOP-20 footprint, click "Edit"
Results:
Editor is open, no footprint is loaded, popup with error "SVIG Parse error"
Expected results:
Editor opens with footprint loaded
