Scaling problem with my PCB
397 1

Hello there I have finished my PCB and printed it on a paper 1:1 scale to check if all dimensions are ok, but I found that real components do not fit one the paper printed PCB. looks like the printed PCB is not 1:1, but may be 90% or 95% of the full scale, so the printed footprints are alittle bit smaller. We tried to open the project using thirdparty gerber viewer and then print the image, same problem. I am wondering, if I print this PCB, the dimensions will be wrong? or this is an issue with images scaling and not real? Thanks

"We tried to open the project using thirdparty gerber viewer and then print the image, same problem." That sounds like you have a problem with your printer driver settings. Check that there is no "Shrink to fit" or "Scale to paper" set.
