Please  read the Tutorial to understand which file formats can be imported. .asc files are probably LTspice simulation schematic files and cannot currently be imported. .DXF files can be imported but are of limited success if trying to recreate a PCB layout. You need to find out what version of what software your .sch and .pcb files come from and what format they were created or exported from the original software. You may be able to convert the .sch and .pcb files into a format that can be imported by EasyEDA by using a free or free trial version of the software in which they were created. If the schematic is simple enough it will be quicker to recreate it from scratch in EasyEDA and then do Convert to PCB... and create your own PCB.
