Try closing (without saving) the schematic and then reopening it. Also try opening it using the web based version. Your version of Electron is quite old. If you are using the Desktop Client then try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. This will update the Electron version too. The instructions for how to do this are in a text file in the folder containing Desktop Client .bat and other files. If that does not fix the problem, please change the category of this topic to Bug Report and add @Usersupport to it. Can you make the project public and post the url to it back here?

@vikramnain20, It is good that your problem is fixed. Did you completely uninstall and then do a clean reinstall of the desktop Client? I ask because your version of Electron is still showing in your post as 3.0.11 and -at least for the linux install - it is now at version 4. I believe that the earlier versions of the Desktop Client would update themselves but not the version of Electron. From version 6.4.x, I think the Desktop Client updates both but only with a fresh install.

@andyfierman Thanks I started using the web version which is quite efficient and less error compliant. I have another issue faced in web version where it shows' Netlabel is not connected to any other pin' i have checked all other possiblities but no way to get out of the issue. only 3.3v & GND label issues are there. Hey Andy thanks for your support. but i dont know how this problem was corrected automatically when i converted it PCB and try to chk DRC and all of sudden it was gone. Although i wasted my 2 days on it to rebuilt my ckt 2-3 times and problem was with only GND & 3V3 only. But hope for best i got recovered from it,
