Hi. I'm newbie here ^^ When i import a LTspice schematic, the cmos library (.inc CD4000.lib) will not be imported :( What can i do?

Hi Spicer, Welcome to EasyEDA. It is possible to import LTspice schematics into EasyEDA for the purposes of adding package and BoM information and from there to pass the schematic into PCB layout. Most of the basic symbols used in LTspice are available in EasyEDA. Note however that whilst any LTspice schematic can be imported directly into EasyEDA, only flat LTspice schematics can be passed into PCB layout. Importing an hierarchical LTspice schematic into EasyEDA will result in the top level schematic minus the symbols for any hierarchical blocks being re-created in EasyEDA. The schematics for the hierarchical blocks must be imported separately. If spice symbols for the hierarchical blocks are created in EasyEDA then the top level schematic can be completed and the schematics for the hierarchical blocks can be associated as EasyEDA spice subcircuits with the spice symbols for the hierarchical blocks. However, this is a complex process and will not result in a schematic that can be passed into PCB layout. It is possible to carry out simulation of LTspice schematics to a limited extent. The limitation arises because some of the models and a few of the functions used in LTspice are not supported in ngspice (which is the underlying spice engine used in EasyEDA). Unfortunately, the import of external libraries, subckts, models and other files using the `.inc` and `.lib` spice directive is not supported in EasyEDA so it is not possible to import the CD4000.lib from LTspice in this way. It is possible to paste all or part of the library into an EasyEDA schematic in much the same way as it can be done in LTspice but in this particular case, the subckts in the CD4000.lib are made from LTspice proprietary A model devices. Whilst ngspice supports a wide variety of A models devices, they are not compatible with the LTspice models. That said, EasyEDA does provide a selection of logic devices in the `Gates` section of the EasyEDA Libs panel. If there is a particular device that you require which is not in the drop down selections of these devices, please post back and we'll see if it is possible to build one. To learn more about how to run simulations in EasyEDA please have a read through of the EasyEDA Simulation eBook and a play with the examples in there: https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/1OWZVVFRAe_2NW3WratpkA_SGuHa5AcRow5ZRfvcoVTU/pub (The Google link above is to the original copy of the Simulation eBook which you can also find at: https://easyeda.com/Doc/Simulation-eBook/ but the table of contents in the EasyEDA copy is broken and misses out some sections. We are working to fix it but in the meanwhile the copy published to the web from Google Drive works just as well.) :)
