**Concise problem statement:**
Window Can Only Be Made Smaller, You Can Not Expand The Window Back To Its Original Size.
**Steps to reproduce bug:**
**1**. Open Search Components and Modules Window
**2**. Make Window Smaller By Dragging An Edge Or Corner
**3**. Try To Expand The Window Back To Its Original Size, Or Any Size Bigger.
**Results:** Window Won't Expand
**Expected results**: Should Resize in any direction
