It would be great if the existing text / value field of an item was selected when double clicking an item to edit it. current workflow is double click-> CTRL+a -> enter text.  it would be faster to not have to delete the existing text when editing.  it is more common to replace existing default text or value than it is to try to edit it. it would be faster to directly type over existing value than having to select/delete it first.
