I would like to suggest to add a separate clearance setting under 'Hole Properties'. If i use the PCB Tool the clearence to a copper plane is set by the general clearance which in many cases is to small if you are using washer and nuts which could lead to a short.when assembling the pcb to a case. Right now i use custom symbol and footprint with NoSolid copper areas included as discussed in the pcb layout section of the forum.
